The Threshold Monitoring App for Stripe ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and handle data when you use our Stripe account monitoring service.

We collect aggregate and select details from records in your Stripe account in order to calculate your health score and provide monitoring insights. This may include metrics such as transaction volumes, dispute rates, refund rates, and similar aggregate or summarized data.

We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) for any customer or transaction. We do not store names, email addresses, payment details, or other identifying information about your customers or individual transactions beyond what is necessary for our calculations.

3. What We Store

We only store the data we need to calculate your scores and provide the Service. Our data retention is purpose-limited—we keep only what is required for health score calculations, historical comparisons, and the features you use.

4. Data Access and Deletion

You may request that we remove your data at any time. Contact us through the support channel provided in the application, and we will process your request in accordance with applicable law and our internal procedures.

5. Uninstalling the App

If you uninstall the Threshold app from your Stripe account, we will no longer be able to access your Stripe data. All of your data will be removed from our service after 90 days without the app installed. If there are any active subscriptions, they will also be cancelled at that time.

6. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect to:

• - Generate alerts, digests, and reports
• - Improve and maintain our algorithms and Service
• - Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Data is transmitted and stored using industry-standard security practices. Our Service uses read-only access to your Stripe account, so our Service cannot change any of your settings or data on your behalf.

Our Service integrates with Stripe. Your use of Stripe is governed by Stripe's privacy policy and terms. We receive data from Stripe in accordance with the permissions you grant when installing our app.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the Service, email, or other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
